Content Execution<ul><li>Manage and support daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp Channels, Reddit, etc.</li><li>Create and publish posts, stories, reels, shorts, and thumbnails</li><li>Upload, schedule, and manage content across platforms using content calendars</li><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement to foster conversations</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Editing<ul><li>Watch long-form content and identify high-impact moments for short-form cut-downs</li><li>Edit platform-optimized content aligned with brand tone and visual identity</li><li>Create scripts, captions, ad copies, blogs, and campaign messaging aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Write compelling captions, titles, and thumbnails that reflect the brand voice</li><li>Produce content formats suitable for reels, shorts, carousels, static posts, and long-form platforms.</li><li>Assist with basic video editing using tools like Canva, Photopea, or Adobe Premiere Pro</li></ul>Digital Campaigns &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement</li><li>Assist in developing content for paid campaigns, including ad hooks, CTAs, and variations.</li><li>Align content with performance objectives such as engagement, reach, retention, and conversions.</li><li>Support shoots, launches, live classes, and campaign rollouts</li><li>Coordinate with teachers, creators, and internal teams to collect raw content</li><li>Help with cross-promotion and audience funnel activities</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Research<ul><li>Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to support content ideation.</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare weekly performance reports</li><li>Analyze engagement, reach, and growth to identify improvement areas</li><li>Assist with competitor research and trend tracking</li><li>Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and brainstorming sessions.</li><li>Use a data-driven approach to improve content performance and audience growth</li></ul>Operations &amp; Organization<ul><li>Maintain posting calendars, trackers, and content backups</li><li>Ensure timely deployment of content during launches and live sessions</li><li>Manage and organize all creative assets efficiently</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with designers and social media strategists to ensure consistency across creatives.</li><li>Follow brand guidelines and maintain tone, clarity, and messaging discipline.</li></ul>____________________________________________________________________________This Role Is Ideal If You:-<ul><li>Have a strong interest in social media, content creation, branding, or digital marketing</li><li>Enjoy creative thinking and executing ideas visually</li><li>Understand Instagram and short-form content formats</li><li>Have basic knowledge of Canva and content tools</li><li>Are organized, observant, proactive, and eager to learn</li><li>Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and content management systems</li><li>Have basic computer knowledge and operational skills</li><li>Can communicate clearly in Hindi and English</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required<ul><li>Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and platform best practices</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong copywriting ability with attention to detail</li><li>Understanding of content formats (long-form &amp;
