The Director of Operations position provides support to home delivery services for a designated market region. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of numerous locations through the management of multiple Regional Directors. In addition, the Director of Operations maintains positive and ongoing relationships with external clients as well as staff, and is responsible for generating and maintaining the highest in customer satisfaction.</div><div><br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
High level management of 2-3 Regional Directors.</li><li>
Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.</li><li>
P+L responsibility including annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis over 10+ operational accounts.</li><li>
Develop and maintain a highly motivated workforce and a teamwork-based culture.</li><li>
Conduct thorough and career-oriented Annual Performance Reviews.
</li><li>Build relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements

Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.</li><li>

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:</b></div><ul><li>
4 Year Degree or equivalent work experience in the In Home Delivery space.</li><li>
8-10 years logistics/In Home Delivery management experience.
</li><li>5+ years management experience.</li><li>
Must be willing to work flexible schedule &ndash; 80% travel time required.</li><li>
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).</li><li>
Excellent ability to problem solve and process information with high levels of accuracy.</li><li>
Experience in hiring management and office personnel.
</li><li>Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.</li><li>
Anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group or situational level.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to changing environments.</li><li>
Experience in the development of Motor Carrier/Owner Operator base operation.</li></ul></div>
