The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing WhatsApp and Instagram messages, booking appointments, and ensuring every client receives a premium service experience that reflects the clinic&rsquo;s brand values.Key Responsibilities:Communication &amp; Support<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages in a timely and friendly manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information about the clinic&rsquo;s services, offers, and doctors.</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding their appointments, reminders, and inquiries.</li></ul>Customer Relations &amp; Booking<ul><li>Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic&rsquo;s booking system.</li><li>Maintain client records accurately and confidentially.</li><li>Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Ensure every client receives a personalized and pleasant experience.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Inform clients about ongoing promotions and special offers (e.g., Black Friday deals).</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Support marketing and social media engagement when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a clinic, spa, or hospitality environment. Excellent communication skills (Arabic &amp; English). Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and friendly attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and phone systems.What We Offer:Competitive salary .
