 to support daily parts sales operations. The ideal candidate will attend to customer inquiries in a hospitable and professional manner, ensure counter readiness, and contribute to achieving business revenue objectives.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Attend to all customer enquiries, provide product and technical information and parts availability, estimates to satisfy customer needs, upselling and conclude sales in a profitable manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare parts counter for daily parts sales operations to receive customers, meet external and internal customers demand in line with company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records of parts sales estimates and follow up of enquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend to all telephonic enquiries to support external enquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate parts receipts, binning and stock updates and stores arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in annual inventory and perpetual inventory during stock count.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention and database and cash customer accounts management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Loss sales data input, new model parts enquiry information gathering and pass on to procurement for demand planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend the duty on time, well-groomed and in the appropriate approved uniform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure name badges are worn whilst on front sales counter duty.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum education level: High school diploma or intermediate level; Diploma in Automotive Engineering is an advantage

 Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive parts or related sales sector

 Proficient in EPC systems and basic PC skills

 Assistant Manager-Supply Chain
 
 . The role supports the Spare Parts Senior Manager by handling daily operations such as quotations, data analysis, and customer service, while managing purchase requests and supplier coordination. It also involves supervising the spare parts team and addressing inquiries from internal departments regarding parts availability and warranties.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track POs to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating overseas service providers documents for visa process and services Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm orders, and resolve discrepancies or delays.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or spare parts operations.

 Strong knowledge of procurement processes and technical purchasing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in managing purchase requests, vendor relations, and purchase order processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of inventory control and spare parts lifecycle management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with technical specifications of mechanical and electrical spare parts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle, or Maximo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as CIPS ( Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or equivalent preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English, Arabic is an advantage.
