We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join the team! This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role and must be able to work weekend and closing shifts.

What we are looking for someone who can:<ul><li>
Use a &quot;guest first&quot; mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties</li><li>
Demonstrate a high level of customer service</li><li>
Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork</li><li>
Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements</li><li>
Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts</li><li>
Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds</li><li>
Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift</li></ul>
