About the role<ul><li>
This role is for someone who wants to shape product strategy, not just execute someone else's vision. You'll own the product roadmap and build out the product management function at TopQuadrant. As part of a fast-growing company, you'll span the entire product lifecycle&mdash;from customer discovery to launch&mdash;with deep collaboration across sales, engineering, and professional services teams.</li></ul>
What you'll do<ul><li>
Own the complete product experience end-to-end</li><li>
Build and evolve the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and emerging technology</li><li>
Uncover unarticulated customer needs through deep engagement and insight development</li><li>
Drive customer success by translating what's possible into what's valuable</li></ul><ul><li>
Define product specs, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria&mdash;independently or in partnership with engineering</li><li>
Collaborate with development and leadership to plan, drive, and execute product release cycles</li><li>
Partner with Support, Professional Services, and Sales to understand customer issues and drive business outcomes</li><li>
Work with marketing to create customer-driven messaging and content</li></ul>
