We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy automotive workshop.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Manage repair work for mechanical, electrical, bodywork (painting and denting), and diagnostics.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for repairs and coordinate with suppliers for spare parts.</li><li>Plan and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service.</li><li>Keep service records, job cards, and parts logs updated.</li><li>Ensure the workshop follows safety, cleanliness, and company standards.</li><li>Work closely with management, customers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing an automotive workshop in the UAE or Gulf.</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance (petrol and diesel).</li><li>Experience in preparing repair estimates and coordinating spare parts.</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).</li><li>UAE Driving License is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per month
