No experience is required&mdash;we provide all training. A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean three-year driving history is required.Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Friday, and occasionally Saturdays</li><li>Hours: 6:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>This is a production-based role, so the earliest you may finish for the day is 1:30 PM, depending on workload and route completion</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide lawn care services to residential customers by making timely applications using proper techniques</li><li>Diagnose and correct lawn issues while in the field</li><li>Achieve weekly production goals</li><li>Address customer questions, comments, and concerns, or refer them to the office as needed</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of our programs and explain them clearly to current and prospective customers</li><li>Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to demonstrate and uphold our core values: positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedication, and a desire to succeed</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Clean driving record for the past three years</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to lift more than 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions</li><li>Previous lawn care experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $675.00 - $700.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Is your driver's license clean for the past 3 years?
