Location: Jaipur, RajasthanJob Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and control end-to-end logistics operations (dispatch, transportation, delivery)</li><li>Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely material movement</li><li>Ensure proper documentation: LR, E-way Bill, Invoice, GRN, POD</li><li>Monitor freight cost, vehicle utilization, and delivery timelines</li><li>Handle inbound &amp; outbound logistics for raw material and finished goods</li><li>Resolve dispatch delays, shortages, and transit issues</li><li>Maintain logistics MIS and reports for management</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, E-way Bill, and company policies</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatch planning</li><li>Experience with transporter coordination and rate negotiation</li><li>Good command over documentation and compliance</li><li>Basic knowledge of Excel &amp; MIS reporting</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred</li><li>5&ndash;10 years experience in logistics (manufacturing industry mandatory)</li></ul>Behavioural Expectations<ul><li>Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
