Position Overview:

The Mechanic's primary responsibility is to ensure the fleet of trucks, semis, heavy equipment and/or other machinery is properly functioning by diagnosing, performing repairs and preventative maintenance. 


In this role you should expect to:
<ul><li>
Determine service needs of equipment and make repairs</li><li>
Complete preventative maintenance on equipment including oil changes, brakes, and tires</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organized workspace</li><li>
Report major damages to supervisor</li><li>
Ability to operate all equipment including trucks safely</li><li>
Champion a Safety Culture</li><li>
Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 30 pounds repeatedly</li><li>
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time</li><li>
Must be able to walk, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, climb</li><li>
Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat and cold)</li><li>
Able to work in dusty environments</li><li>
Ability to drive and operate company truck</li><li>
Repetitive use of both hands</li></ul>
