Job description<ul><li>Perform 1st piece inspection and approval for all machined components before mass production begins.</li><li>Conduct in-process inspection as per control plan, drawing, and customer requirements.</li><li>Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, etc.</li><li>Ensure adherence to machining parameters and quality standards.</li><li>Identify non-conformities, document deviations, and coordinate with Machine Shop, QA, and Production teams for corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain inspection records, reports, and 1st piece approval documentation.</li><li>Support quality audits, internal checks, and compliance with ISO / IATF requirements.</li><li>Monitor component quality during day and night shifts, ensuring continuous quality control.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, calibration, and upkeep of measuring instruments.</li><li>Escalate quality issues promptly to supervisors to avoid delays or rework.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of machining processes and engineering drawings</li><li>Proficiency in measuring instruments and metrology</li><li>Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems</li><li>Ability to identify defects and suggest corrective actions</li><li>Strong observational and analytical skills</li><li>Good communication and coordination with production teams</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality compliance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
