 Human Resources Admin I opportunity working Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

 Summary:
 
 
 
 Provide support to the Human Resources Department, which includes creating and maintaining employee records and administrative support for: recruitment/staffing, employee relations, benefits administration and/or compensation administration.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Launch onboarding documents through Ultimate Software to new hires nationwide.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and the I-9 verification process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, file and maintain digital employee records in Docuware.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential and sensitive information and routinely performs data entry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile routine reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform weekly compliance tracking for mandatory new hire training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct misc. audits regarding employee data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create routine correspondence and distribute documents as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate purchase orders through Oracle EBS and reconcile monthly invoices for HR and Benefit vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage initial &amp; annual Department of Transportation (DOT) certifications for Delivery Drivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet employees and handle routine HR inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Connect employees with HR subject matter expert as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and distribute all departmental mail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verification of employment letters for current and past employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Order office supplies.
 </li>
 <li>
 May assist with HR projects, in support of Recruitment and Benefits department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides general administration support to the HR department as required including filing, customer service, answering phones, scanning, photocopying and emails.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Candidates with no HR experience are encouraged to apply.
 </li>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role with responsibilities in the area of data entry, filing, report generation, and miscellaneous administrative support.
