Cake Artist Responsibilities:We are seeking a talented Customise Cake Artist to join our team, specializing in cakes. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of cakes and will ensure that all products are fresh, tasty, and visually appealing.<ul><li>Design and decorate custom 3D cakes primarily using fondant</li><li>Sculpt and craft intricate details and unique designs to meet customer specifications</li><li>Ensure all cakes are finished to a high standard of quality and presentation</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Stay updated on current trends and incorporate them into cake designs</li><li>Train and mentor junior decorators and bakery staff</li></ul>MUST BE : <ul><li>Proven experience as a cake decorator, preferably in a leadership role</li><li>Extensive knowledge of cake decoration techniques, including fondant work, sculpting, and sugar art</li><li>Strong creative flair and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset</li><li>Knowledge of current cake design trends</li></ul>SALARY: up to AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 based on experience.
