 About the Role:&nbsp;
 
 
 
 As a&nbsp;Recruiter, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent. You&rsquo;ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals.&nbsp;
 
 
 Salary:
 
 $47,000 - $49,000
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Assist with reference checks and background screenings.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years of high-volume recruiting&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Education:&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
