What You'll Do
As a Member Services Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members by delivering exceptional service and identifying financial solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Opening and maintaining consumer accounts, including checking, savings, and other deposit products</li><li>
Assisting members with account transactions, service requests, and account maintenance</li><li>
Processing consumer loan applications and assisting with loan disbursements and closings</li><li>
Identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals</li><li>
Resolving member concerns quickly and professionally while providing outstanding service</li><li>
Educating members on digital banking tools and credit union services</li><li>
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and financial regulations</li><li>
Building strong member relationships through personalized financial solutions</li><li>
Supporting branch operations and contributing to team goals</li></ul>

Your Job Classification &amp; Schedule: Full-time, Monday&ndash;Saturday (Saturday rotation)
Pay Range: $19.63 &ndash; 20.86 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or customer service role required</li><li>
Previous banking, credit union, financial institution, or teller experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Cash handling experience preferred</li><li>
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Friendly, positive, member focused attitude</li><li>
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Comfort with computers and financial systems</li><li>
CU*Answers or credit union software is a plus</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related field preferred</li></ul></div>
