$39.75 - $45.28/hr*

 What You&rsquo;ll Do (and Lead):<ul><li>
Provide high-impact 1:1 support to clients, parents, and behaviorists across school, clinic, and home environments.</li><li>
Develop individualized behavior plans and data-informed intervention strategies.</li><li>
Train, supervise, and mentor behaviorists&mdash;building skills, confidence, and high-performing teams.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and track progress and behavior plan adjustments.</li></ul>
This role is ideal for a BCBA who loves supporting others and is ready to take the next step toward leadership.
&#9989; What You Bring:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field</li><li>
Valid BCBA certification</li><li>
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background checks</li><li>
Current TB test</li><li>
Reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability)</li></ul>
 Work Environment: 
From classrooms to clinics to homes, you&rsquo;ll support clients in diverse, dynamic settings with varying behavioral needs. In addition, there might be moderate to loud noises as well as some physical demands required to perform this role.
