 What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
As a Clinical Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality services while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
You will:<ul><li>
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized therapy services across OT, PT, SLP, and ABA within the clinical setting</li><li>
Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth</li><li>
Monitor caseloads, documentation, budgets, and productivity to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery</li><li>
Collaborate with families, school partners, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement meaningful, client-centered Plans of Care</li><li>
Drive the growth of clinic and community-based services by building partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities</li><li>
Champion an exceptional family experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and trust</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

✅ What You&rsquo;ll Bring</h2><ul><li>
A valid license in Speech, OT, PT, Psychology, or ABA</li><li>
At least 3 years of experience in an office setting with supervisory responsibilities</li><li>
Ability to pass FBI &amp; DOJ background checks</li><li>
A current TB test</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
 Work Environment</h2>
You&rsquo;ll work across dynamic environments including clinics, classrooms, campuses, and virtual settings. This role involves travel between sites and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Physical requirements may include lifting, carrying, and frequent movement (stooping, kneeling, crouching), with moderate to loud noise levels depending on the setting.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
