</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p><b>The Property Accountant position is responsible for :</b></p><ul><li>
Review AFEs, AFRs, AIS/PCF submitted by SSC before processing in SAP.</li><li>
Prepares Monthly/Quarterly and EOY IFRS/US GAAP schedules and reports.</li><li>
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and/or annual tax reports.</li><li>
Participates and supports the annual budgeting process and LTP for capital expenditures, depreciation, and amortization forecasts for assigned business units.</li><li>
Supports Property Accounting Supervisor with SOX compliance testing as scheduled and maintains documentation of Tests and Controls as well as completed test documents.</li><li>
Prepares audit PBCs and respond to audit requests.</li><li>
Prepares files for the Annual Asset Review and make sure the retirements are processed.</li><li>
Creates the capex structure in SAP for the new year in January updating the current year budget.</li><li>
Creates new year WBS structure in SAP for assigned business units.</li></ul>

About the role: </b>We are currently looking for an <b>Technical Support Engineer</b> to join a lean, high-impact team based in Abu Dhabi. The role supports asset management activities in a cross-functional environment, contributing to performance monitoring, reporting, and business analysis.</p></div>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p>The proposed position consists of assisting the asset management teams in carrying out their duties in a Cross functional context.</p><p>
The main tasks to be performed are as follows:</p><p>
1/ Support to asset management:</p><ul><li>Prepare weekly production report and weekly presentation</li><li>Assist in timely processing of OPCO cash call billing to TotalEnergies on monthly basis.</li><li>Prepare supporting documents for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) management control on monthly basis.</li><li>Analyze OPCO reports and consolidate monthly actuals &amp; KPIs (Production, CAPEX, OPEX, GHG emissions) for reporting to EXCOM of affiliate and HQ</li><li>Support in preparation of Closure Forecasts (production, CAPEX, OPEX)</li><li>Coordinate weekly internal review of Tender Board submissions by OPCO, maintain records &amp; database of submissions with follow-up on the actions requested by TotalEnergies to OPCO</li><li>Review and summarize OPCO&rsquo;s Long Term Business Plan along with variances compared to previous Business Plan</li><li>Consolidate technical elements for the TotalEnergies Long-Term Plan &amp; Budget exercise, along with slides update</li><li>Support in preparation and maintaining database of Cost cards for Development Projects, Long Term Plan, Annual Reserves Exercise</li><li>Prepare performance (progress, CAPEX &ndash; actuals vs plan) reports for projects currently in execution</li></ul><p>
2/ Support to &quot;Asset lead&quot; function:</p><ul><li>Maintain a centralized database of all the Asset Lead initiatives /contribution to OPCO</li><li>Assist in preparation of slides for Asset Lead presentations for the Asset Lead performance meeting, Sub committees, TCMs</li></ul><p>
3/ Digital support and data management</p><ul><li>Manage the development of all digital initiatives of the department</li><li>Be the focal point of the digital management systems used by each OPCO (Citrix, eBoard, TBMS ...)</li><li>Oversee and administer automated processing of daily and monthly production data</li><li>Analyze the data to create KPI monitoring dashboards using &quot;Power BI&quot; and Excel</li></ul>
