 Position: HR/Recruitment Specialist

 Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform general Human Resources duties, with a focus on talent acquisition
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage high-volume hiring projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the files of all employees&rsquo; contracts are maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the payroll, employee records, attendance, accuracy of overtime, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards and warning letters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage health insurance policy and adding and deletion of members
 </li>
 <li>
 Take part in all HR activities which include recruitment, training and development of employees, employee relations administration and ensuring the proper communication and implementation of the company's policies and procedures in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore and develop the functionality in Paylite (HR System) and ensure it is being used to maximum effect.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the proper contracts are prepared for employees and ensure that contracts are compliant with labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange for different types of visa application (resident work visa, visit visa, family visas, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 In charge of the resident/work permit process (Schedule staff&rsquo;s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.) and ensure all visas and permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to other departments when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange for different types of permits (work permit, Site Accesses/ Gate passes, etc&hellip;)
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and maintaining good working relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding and using of the correct reporting lines
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake other related duties as required.
 </li>

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 Total Safety is seeking an experienced
 
 Senior Safety Officer
 
 to lead and oversee
 
 Day-to-Day (D-t-D), Turnaround (TAR), and project safety operations
 
 in the oil &amp; gas sector. The role ensures full compliance with QHSE standards, supervises high-risk activities, and drives a strong safety culture across onshore worksites.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead the implementation of the
 
 QHSE Management System
 
 in coordination with site management
 
 
 &bull; Ensure contractors and personnel comply with company and client HSE policies and standards
 
 
 &bull; Oversee safety measures during
 
 D-t-D, TAR, and project activities
 
 
 
 &bull; Identify, assess, and document hazards, risks, and control measures, ensuring compliance with international standards
 
 
 &bull; Conduct and supervise emergency response drills and monitor workforce readiness
 
 
 &bull; Execute HSE inspections, audits, and reporting for D-t-D and TAR activities
 
 
 &bull; Enforce
 
 Permit to Work (PTW)
 
 procedures and oversee
 
 Stop Work Authority (SWA)
 
 and safety observation programs
 
 
 &bull; Supervise temporary work areas, high-risk operations, and safe handling of hazardous materials
 
 
 &bull; Provide HSE guidance and mentoring to operations teams to ensure full compliance
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum
 
 5 years&rsquo; experience in oil &amp; gas HSE roles
 
 , with overall
 
 8 years in HSE
 
 
 
 &bull;
 
 NEBOSH IGC &ndash; Mandatory
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong experience in
 
 confined spaces, high-risk industrial environments, and shutdown/turnaround operations
 
 
 
 &bull; Physically fit; able to work
 
 under direct sun and hot weather conditions
 
 
 
 &bull; No height phobia
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills in
 
 English
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to
 
 lead and mentor safety teams

 Familiarity with Aramco processes (ID, Pre-WAP/WAP, HUET, OGUK) is an advantage.
 </li>

 Strong organizational and documentation skills.
 </li>

 Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
 </li>

 Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
 </li>
