We are an Abu Dhabi-based Artificial Intelligence company seeking a highly polished Female Business Development Executive to join our Executive Office and work directly with the CEO.This role is designed to strengthen the executive team&rsquo;s client-facing representation and requires a strong professional presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in high-level business environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop strategic business opportunities and partnerships</li><li>Represent the company in executive meetings, events, and client interactions</li><li>Support the CEO in daily operations and coordination</li><li>Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Excellent command of English (spoken and written)</li><li>Must be fluent in Arabic OR Russian in addition to English</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Confident executive presence and professional appearance</li><li>Highly organized and capable of multitasking</li><li>Minimum 3+ years experience in business development or client relations</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in AI, tech, or consulting industries</li><li>UAE market experience is a strong advantage</li><li>Exposure to executive-level communication</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Direct exposure to CEO-level decision making</li><li>Opportunity in a fast-growing AI company</li><li>High-level professional environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE</li><li>Full-time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
