Total Wine &amp; More is seeking an <b>Analyst II, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</b> to join our Finance &amp; Accounting team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will help with core planning work, build clear financial insights, and support forecasting and reporting that guides leaders&rsquo; decisions. You&rsquo;ll own specific workstreams and use strong analytical and data skills to review financial results for Human Resources. You will also work closely with partners across Finance and the business, giving you exposure to retail finance and the chance to build strong cross functional relationships. Analyze and update financial schedules to support cross functional programs (such as regulatory work, compensation, benefits, and planning), following established templates and timelines to ensure accurate and complete inputs</li><li>
Prepare forecasts, planning inputs, and recast updates for assigned areas using provided assumptions, and support Finance teams by highlighting changes and maintaining documentation</li><li>
Compile and evaluate data, analysis, and summaries to produce clear and accurate reports for leadership review, ensuring templates are updated and information is current</li><li>
Collaborate with cross functional partners to gather and validate financial inputs, track deadlines, and follow up on missing or incorrect information</li><li>
Ensure compliance with established financial processes and assist with audit and process improvement activities to support accuracy and efficiency</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>

All store team members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Merchandiser and you will report to the store management team. If this job posting is coded as a seasonal role above, you can expect this position to be short term, no longer than six months, and you will have the option to apply for a non-seasonal role.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
You Will</b></h1><ul><li>
Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.</li><li>
Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.</li><li>
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.</li><li>
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.</li><li>
Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws - if delivery is added as an essential job function.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h1><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred</li><li>
1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations)</b></h1><ul><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older</li><li>
Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day</li><li>
