Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform industrial cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.</li><li>Maintain floors through effective floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues.</li><li>Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.</li><li>Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or painting duties.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.</li><li>Experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Join us in creating clean and safe spaces for our community!Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.39 - $19.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>two: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Beaverton, OR 97008 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Beaverton, OR 97008: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
