Touchstone of Mayville is a small, person-centered CBRF serving up to 10 adult residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity and as much independence as possible. As a Caregiver, you will support residents with daily living tasks, promote community engagement, and ensure a high quality of life. You&rsquo;ll be part of a small, close-knit team providing hands-on care in a home-like setting. If you're compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a real difference, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming</li><li>Administer medications per training and facility policy</li><li>Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs</li><li>Engage residents in recreational and social activities</li><li>Support behavioral and emotional needs in a respectful, positive manner</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment</li><li>Document care provided and report changes in resident condition</li><li>Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare providers</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Previous caregiving or CBRF experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred (depending on shift duties)</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and health screening</li><li>CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, First Aid/Choking) &ndash; preferred but can be obtained after hire</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Compassionate and patient</li><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Able to handle physical demands including lifting and assisting residents</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
