We are expanding our project delivery team and are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera P6.Role OverviewThe Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across multiple construction and fit-out projects. The role requires strong coordination with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for construction and fit-out projects</li><li>Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules</li><li>Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly basis</li><li>Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities</li><li>Prepare lookahead programs (2-week / 4-week) for site teams</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress</li><li>Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves</li><li>Support tendering team with preliminary project timelines and resource planning</li><li>Ensure alignment with contract requirements and project milestones</li><li>Assist in claims preparation related to delays and extensions of time (EOT)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;7 years of experience in construction and/or fit-out planning</li><li>Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6</li><li>Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction sequencing, and methodologies</li><li>Experience in UAE projects (Abu Dhabi preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and delay analysis is a strong advantage</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel and reporting dashboards</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working on high-end fit-out, FM, or infrastructure projects</li><li>Familiarity with authority approvals and permitting timelines (Abu Dhabi)</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile projects</li><li>Growth within a rapidly expanding group</li><li>Collaborative and performance-driven environment</li></ul>How to ApplyApply via Indeed or send your CV to: farouq.dajani@touq.ae Subject line: Planning Engineer &ndash; Primavera P6Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
