We are committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable building solutions for our clients.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing MEP systems across multiple projects &mdash; ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of MEP systems for various building projects.</li><li>Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure integration of systems.</li><li>Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports, design documentation, and project cost estimates.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.</li><li>Stay current with industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field).</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or construction.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.</li><li>Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, etc.).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
