Our boutique, high-touch approach makes us one of Tampa Bay&rsquo;s most dynamic agencies&mdash;and we&rsquo;re growing our team!The RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketer with proven skills in:<ul><li>Social Media Marketing &amp; Advertising (strategy, management, graphic design, and paid campaigns)</li><li>Content Creation &amp; Copywriting (blogs, website copy, ad copy, editing, and tailoring content to buyer journeys)</li><li>SEO &amp; Website Optimization (keyword research, audits, content optimization, link-building, WordPress management)</li></ul>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating campaigns, analyzing results, and seeing their ideas come to life across multiple brands.Common Duties<ul><li>Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Design social media graphics and manage paid social advertising.</li><li>Build and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.</li><li>Write, edit, and optimize website content, blogs, and marketing copy.</li><li>Manage SEO tasks: audits, on-page/off-page, link building, and reporting.</li><li>Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to align campaigns with client goals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Strong experience in social media, SEO, and content development.</li><li>Proficient with SEO tools and analytics platforms.</li><li>Excellent English writing and editing skills (grammar, clarity, and creativity matter).</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms (a plus).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.</li><li>Positive, fun, and team-oriented attitude.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At P3 Agency, you&rsquo;ll be part of a collaborative, creative team that works hard and has fun doing it.
