Job Overview Tous Les Jours is a French-Asian inspired bakery caf&eacute; with over 110 locations across the United States and 1,700+ worldwide. We bake everything fresh in-store every day &mdash; artisan breads, pastries, fresh cream cakes, and handcrafted beverages made with premium ingredients.We&rsquo;re looking for a Caker (Cake Decorator) to join our bakery team. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for assembling, icing, filling, and decorating cakes and select pastries to Tous Les Jours&rsquo;s visual and quality standards. Our cakes are known for clean, elegant designs with fresh cream and fruit &mdash; your work goes directly into the display case where it sells itself. This is equal parts precision and artistry. Every cake you make is a showcase piece and a customer&rsquo;s celebration centerpiece.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build, ice, fill, and decorate cakes and pastries following TLJ recipes and visual standards.</li><li>Execute custom orders including message writing, fruit arrangements, and specialty designs.</li><li>Maintain the cake display case &mdash; keep it full, rotated, and visually appealing throughout the day.</li><li>Manage daily cake production list and pre-orders.</li><li>Maintain strict temperature control for fresh cream products.</li><li>Keep your decorating station clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Cake decorating experience required &mdash; professional bakery, custom cake shop, or equivalent. Portfolio or photos of your work are a huge plus.</li><li>Experience with fresh cream / whipped cream cakes strongly preferred.
