About the RoleAs a Preschool Teacher at Tovi International Preschool, your role is to create a warm, safe, and fun environment where young children can learn and grow. You&rsquo;ll help spark their curiosity and support their development through playful and meaningful learning experiences.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Plan and teach fun, age-appropriate lessons that follow the preschool&rsquo;s curriculum.</li><li>Use play and hands-on activities to help children grow in areas like thinking, communication, emotions, and physical skills.</li><li>Keep the classroom clean, safe, and inviting for children.</li><li>Watch and track each child&rsquo;s growth and learning, and note important milestones.</li><li>Adjust your teaching to support each child&rsquo;s unique needs and learning style.</li><li>Talk regularly with parents about their child&rsquo;s progress and well-being.</li><li>Work closely with other teachers and join in training to keep learning andgrowing yourself.</li></ul><ul><li>Qualifications</li><li>A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or something similar.</li><li>Training or certification in teaching methods like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or EYFS is a plus.</li><li>Some experience teaching young children in a preschool or early years setting.</li></ul><ul><li>Personal Qualities</li><li>You truly love working with little kids and helping them grow.</li><li>You&rsquo;re patient, kind, and full of creative ideas.</li><li>You know how to manage a classroom and keep children engaged.</li><li>You&rsquo;re a great communicator and enjoy working as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
