Manager Trainee
At Tower Loan, we&rsquo;re committed to developing future leaders! Our full-time Manager Development Program is designed to provide our Manager Trainees with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in consumer finance and grow into leadership roles. In just 10-12 months, you&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations&mdash;all while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

In the Role<ul><li>
Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.</li><li>
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.</li><li>
Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.</li><li>
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.</li><li>
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.</li><li>
Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.</li><li>
Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable vehicle</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience</li></ul>
Location: On-Site
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.

At Tower Loan, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are at the heart of our business! As a CSR, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while building relationships and helping our customers find the right financial solutions. In the Role<ul><li>
Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.</li><li>
Receive and process payments in customer accounts.</li><li>
Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.</li><li>
Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including but not limited to balancing and preparing deposits accurately.</li><li>
Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.</li><li>
Process loan applications and collect payments due.</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required<ul><li>
