This role focuses on the production of high-quality digital assets for social media and various marketing collateral design needs. While execution tasks like scheduling and posting are required, the core responsibility is visual design and production. Success in this position requires a strong technical foundation in design, efficient research skills, and dedication to visual execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design &amp; Production: Independently design and produce high-quality, engaging social media graphics, short-form content, and marketing collateral for multiple brand accounts.</li><li>Platform Execution: Manage the posting and scheduling of content specifically for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the Creative Director and Lead Designer to execute visual direction, brainstorm, and produce final creative assets.</li><li>Content Consistency: Ensure all content maintains brand standards, voice, and visual consistency across all platforms and print/digital assets.</li><li>Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner on assigned platforms.</li><li>Marketing Support: Assist with additional marketing needs as required, including, but not limited to business card design, flyers, and minor website updates.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Software Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator) is required. Experience with Canva is a plus, but the core focus is on professional Adobe software.</li><li>Graphic Design Foundation: Strong visual and creative skills with a portfolio showcasing design talent and mastery of fundamental design principles.</li><li>Platform Experience: Direct experience creating and publishing content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.</li><li>Adaptability &amp; Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, fast learner, and comfortable quickly conducting research to understand diverse client industries.</li><li>Autonomy &amp; Organization: Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.</li></ul>Work Environment, Details &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Schedule &amp; Location: This is a Part-Time position, requiring 15 &ndash; 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule.</li><li>Office Culture: Relaxed atmosphere, safe work environment, and casual work attire.
