 Primary duties include provision of frontline technical support to staff for both hardware and software issues; maintenance of the Town&rsquo;s Microsoft-based infrastructure; administering systems across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, and Windows Server environments; and maintaining excellent relationships with internal customers.  Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications include an Associate&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology or related field, 4-6 years of experience, and industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.
