PARKS AND RECREATION JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Overview:*Part Time Seasonal - Flexible HoursThis position requires a strong commitment to enhancing public spaces. Cemeteries and park landscaping, groundskeeping, irrigation, lawn care, and upkeep.- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain park grounds and amenities.Compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards mandatory.*Qualifications:*- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices, landscape maintenance, and horticulture.- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools proficiently.- Self motivated &amp; able to work without supervision.- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, stakeholders, and the public.- Knowledge of budget management principles for allocating resources efficiently.Could lead to a permanent full-time position for the right person with winter maintenance experience.
