<div>The Town Pump Hotel Group is looking for a motivated and outgoing Hotel Front Desk Agent who will model our mission statement, &ldquo;Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service.&rdquo; All Front Desk Agents are required to engage in selling hotel rooms over the phone and in- person, explaining the amenities, benefits, and attempting to close the sale of each inquiry. All Front Desk Agents will be required to turn in sales leads by engaging in curious conversations with guests, reviewing hotel reports, listening, and being observant, etc. Town Pump is a growing company with ever-increasing opportunities for career growth.
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will:<ul><li>
pleasantly greet guests and perform duties to provide guest transactions of check-in, check-out, billing, reservations, phone transfers, and other service and hospitality-related requests to meet Town Pump and brand operational standards.</li><li>
have knowledge of hotel and guest service operations, experience working with a computer, data entry, multi-line phone systems, and experience with cash handling and credit card transactions preferred.</li><li>
communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests, understand the importance of being punctual along with the flexibility of work schedules</li><li>
display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance and can work independently with frequent interruptions.</li><li>
ensure the best possible experience for each guest, within the framework of Town Pump operating guidelines, complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, and complete all tasks and assignments as required by the Daily Front Office checklist.</li><li>
maintain secure master key control by signing out, securing, and signing in master keys, maintain proper cash control, and always keep the cash drawer secure under lock and key.</li><li>
collect and post incidental charges to guest rooms (i.e., fax, pet, cleaning charges)., utilize communications book to maintain shift communications, report all known issues with services, equipment, and property; and ensure work orders are in place.</li><li>
maintain a clean, organized, clutter-free front desk and work area always, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality of guest, company, and property information in compliance with Town Pump expectations.</li><li>
may be required to clean public areas, assist with breakfast service, fold laundry, occasionally clean a guest room, and other duties within the hotel.</li><li>
Engage in selling hotel rooms over the phone and in person, explaining the amentities, benefits and attempting to close the sale of each inquiry.</li><li>
Complete the front desk sales review checklist to help identify potential sales leads.</li></ul>

HOTEL FRONT DESK

<div>Montana&rsquo;s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados.
As a Lounge Floor Runner, you will:<ul><li>
be accountable for the following areas: exceptional customer service, cash handling, and accounting, operating a cash register, stocking, pricing, rotating, and displaying bar inventories, housekeeping inside and outside of the casino, and efficiently mixing, and completing drink orders.</li><li>
remember regular customer&rsquo;s names and faces and monitor legal age requirements, wait on customers playing games and at the tables, clean and keep bar furniture neatly arranged and suggest selling and helping customers with gaming machine operations.</li><li>
wear the uniform and keep your appearance neat and clean, answer and screen telephone calls, greet customers, verify that customers are of age, and take orders.</li><li>
clean restrooms, dusting, windows, and floors, emptying trash cans, and dishes, cleaning tables, and messes of others.</li><li>
accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash, be responsible for stocking, pricing, receiving, and rotating of bar products and supplies, including changing out kegs.</li><li>
need the ability to use a fire extinguisher and other safety equipment, understand the safety manual, and complete casino restroom logs.</li><li>
advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on casino operating performance, call maintenance person or gaming Machine Company to repair machines or assist with changing the paper or ribbons, and change tape (paper) in gambling machines.</li><li>
fill glasses of beer from the tap, ability to serve wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages, distribute drinks to customers, and pick up empty glasses, pitchers, cans, bottles, and litter, fill and carry buckets of ice from icemaker to bar, change out soda premix syrup boxes, change taps on kegs of beer and remove empty kegs.</li><li>
vacuum lounge floor, mop and sweep floor behind bar wash glassware and clean bar/work area, and arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.</li><li>
handle disruptive customers in a professional manner, properly document incidents on an incident report, communicate with the manager on products that need to be ordered, plan bar menus, create drink recipes, order and requisition liquors and supplies</li><li>
serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar, make change, receive payments for drinks, retail sales, etc., operate cash register, and tally transactions.</li><li>
assist patrons with verifying wins; records and make payouts to gambling machine winners, and accurately and effectively complete shift paperwork, balance tills, and cash receipts.</li><li>
complete any other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><ul><li>

LOUNGE FLOOR RUNNER

We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados.
As a Casino Assistant Manager, you will:<ul><li>
handle customer service during shift hours, handling, and screening phone calls, make accounting decisions consistent with Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures, and assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in the following areas: Office procedures, Vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls.</li><li>
set the proper example for co-workers regarding professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in customer service and casino operations. All assistant managers are expected to be trained in all areas to cover in the absence of a manager, and train, instruct, coach, and discipline employees.</li><li>
perform the duties of a manager such as payroll, inventories, scheduling, issuing, counseling reports, retrains, machine repairs, member bets, stats reporting, etc.</li><li>
effectively prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks to be accomplished, maintain the security of all casino assets, cash funds, and inventories, and the auditing of shift reports.</li><li>
accurately and effectively complete all casino paperwork, casino daily reports, casino daily purchases, and mark-up/mark-down inventory adjustments. Complete auditing and casino payroll records.</li><li>
complete vendor controls and invoice handling, prepare and complete liquor orders, check in deliveries, stock liquor store, and maintain to company standards.</li><li>
must have the knowledge of how to do a liquor audit and prep the liquor store for audit, effectively maintain accurate pricing on all liquor products for company promotions and according to state regulations.</li><li>
effectively balance to 6-week analysis reports, maintain computer entry, recording of sales and purchases in the casino&rsquo;s running book, balance casino records to office reports, and prepare bank deposits subject to the Manager&rsquo;s inspection &amp; approval.</li><li>
must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and in the absence of a manager, must have a way to be able to be contacted. (Phone, cell phone, voice messaging)</li><li>
maintain a valid Driver&rsquo;s License with an acceptable driving record, complete the Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the State of Montana provided by the company, and complete other duties as assigned by managers.</li></ul>
