If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and are eager to grow your accounting skills, this position is perfect for you!&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Assist with daily bookkeeping activities including data entry and transaction recording using Oracle.</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling statements</li><li>Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures</li><li>Maintain organized records of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and reports for audit readiness</li><li>Assist with remittance processes within our specific Title Industry (will train).</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proficiency in Oracle a requirement.</li><li>Experience in Excel is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and non-profit accounting practices</li><li>Experience with double-entry bookkeeping, debits &amp; credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation techniques</li><li>Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational skills</li><li>Effective communication skills for financial report writing and collaboration with team members</li></ul>This role is part-time.Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Oracle: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
