 Position Details
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As Toyota Boshoku T&uuml;rkiye, we are looking for a &ldquo;Senior Safety Specialist&rdquo; working in the HSE &amp; Fire Department, located in Adapazar&inodot; (Sakarya).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 
 Your Tasks will be:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparing, revising and applying health, safety regulations and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting Health and Safety orientation trainings
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing audits at TBT regarding 6331 Health and Safety regulation
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing draft inspection reports to document inspection findings
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up updates on Health and Safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing periodic Health and Safety reports and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Planing emergency plan, fire hazard emergency and informing employees accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring necessary measures are taken and shared considering regional and local accidents
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting and supporting corrective and preventive measures for Occupational Health and Safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing other Health and Safety related duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety departments or other related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 C Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6-8 years experience in safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Automotive experience is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced computer skills; excellent users of MS Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Team working oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Having driving licence is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
 </li>
