<div>A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the KINTO team. The successful candidate will be based on-site at Molson Coors in Burton-upon-Trent, playing a key role in supporting and representing the KINTO brand and its operations.
The role in a nutshell: The role acts as the primary day-to-day liaison between drivers, suppliers, and KINTO, ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle fleet in line with contractual, cost, and compliance requirements.
Day to Day Tasks:<ul><li>
Acting as the on-site point of contact for the customer&rsquo;s fleet stakeholders</li><li>
Managing the day-to-day fleet administration for the customer&rsquo;s vehicle fleet including salary sacrifice in conjunction with the Molson Coors team at KINTO</li><li>
Handling queries via phone, email and digital channels, using case management tools, providing first contact resolution where possible</li><li>
Maintaining accurate fleet records within fleet management and case management systems</li><li>
Creating, updating and enhancing reporting capabilities to create workable insights</li><li>
Pool car management; to include physical checks and arranging and overseeing valet and mechanical repairs</li><li>
Manage the vehicle re-allocation process ensuring accuracy of records and reporting</li><li>
Supporting both drivers and fleet contacts across the entire driver journey with a wide range of queries</li><li>
Managing payroll adjustment validations</li><li>
Building sustainable and trusted relationships through open and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Acting as an escalation point within KINTO and Molson Coors ensuring queries are resolved as a priority</li><li>
Attending weekly meetings with Molson Coors and KINTO providing clear progress updates and escalating where necessary</li><li>
Managing and supporting the VIP process</li></ul>

Requirements 
Essential:<ul><li>

Key Experience &amp; Skills:
<ul><li>Minimum of one years experience working in a customer service focused role (preferably office based)/ account management experience</li><li>
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent</li><li>
Business email writing skills</li><li>
Professional communication and relationship building skills</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.

You will be part of a high performing customer service team, reporting to a Driver Support team leader with Driver Support Specialists to support your learning. You will be encouraged to raise new ideas and improvements that can be made to our processes to enhance the service delivered to Molson Coors.</li></ul>

Fleet Coordinator

<div>The role in a nutshell: To develop, maintain &amp; support industry leading Business Intelligence solutions for KINTO, across a diverse range of BI technologies and platforms, but mainly focused on Power BI reporting in a MS SQL based reporting stack.
A bit about the IT Team: At KINTO UK, our IT team drives the business forward by managing information security, service desk provisioning, and infrastructure support. Alongside software development and data warehousing, we oversee project and change management. We partner seamlessly with KINTO business functions, the broader Toyota family, and external service providers to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions.
Your Duties:<ul><li>
Working alongside a broad range of colleagues across IT and the Business, delivering both internal and external reporting requirements &ndash; using Power BI, SSRS and Microsoft SQL
</li><li>Development primarily of Power BI reports/dashboards, adhering to KINTO branding and standard look and feel; strong data modelling of Power BI semantic models with good performant design
</li><li>Able to develop SSRS reports adhering to KINTO branding and standard look and feel</li><li>
Produce accurate reporting with solid testing and supporting documentation</li><li>
Strong SQL/T-SQL skills using SQL Server</li><li>
Support the analysis and requirement gathering for new customer reports or changes to existing reports, delivering improved access to data insight for business stakeholders and customers.</li><li>
Own assigned Service Desk requests to fix/amend/build Reports as agreed with the Manager
</li><li>Ensure Tickets are managed within agreed SLAs</li><li>
Work closely with IS &amp; Business teams to ensure the data is precisely specified, understood and consistent; and any integrity issues are identified and resolved</li><li>
Uphold Data Security
</li><li>Identify potential opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to line management.</li></ul> 
 
 
Requirements

<ul><li>Must demonstrate extensive experience across primarily Power BI, with MSSQL Server SQL, T-SQL, and SSRS
</li><li>Experience working to an enterprise coding framework standard across multiple technologies in design, development and testing, adhering to development standards and protocols</li><li>
Able to produce high quality design, systems and testing documentation</li><li>
Understand the requirements of working in a highly regulated/audited environment</li><li>
Understand and explain the need for data controls, governance and conformance and follow the required protocols to maintain this</li><li>
Sound experience of troubleshooting/problem solving and resolving data related issues, establishing root cause and identifying/creating suitable solutions.</li><li>
An understanding of the KINTO UK Business environment and the relevant UK Regulatory Framework</li><li>
The successful applicant will need to gain SC clearance.
</li></ul>Advantageous:<ul><li>
Knowledge and experience of Data Warehouse development</li><li>
Any working knowledge of administration and development of Qlikview and NPrinting.</li></ul>
