 University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Electronics
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design &amp; Manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS Office tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferable to be capable of design &amp; analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 No restriction for frequent travel (short and long termed) in and out of T&uuml;rkiye
 </li>
 <li>
 Having B type driving license
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya
 </li>

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 Successful candidate will be employed in Vehicle Production Engineering &amp; System Development Division; fresh engineers will join New Graduate Development Programme.
 
 
 Main responsibility area will be management of new /modified equipments / lines for new projects in Toyota Plants located in T&uuml;rkiye and Europe.
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 New equipment / line spec sheet preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of new equipment design / manufacturing steps at local (T&uuml;rkiye / Europe) equipment makers
 </li>
 <li>
 Bid document preparation and actual job management for installation at Toyota Plants located in T&uuml;rkiye and Europe
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality confirmations in new vehicle projects
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Same or similar experience at any sector, specifically at Automotive will be an asset

 Follow up construction legal license procurement activities

 Sketch drawings related construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of bidding documents
 </li>

 Supporting establishment of a future vision of Toyota for further roll-out of the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills with strong analytical problem solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan &amp; implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
 </li>
