Department: Sales (New Vehicles / Direct Sales / T-Sure)Reports To: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales ManagerLocation: Toyota Point Motors, HyderabadJob Purpose:To achieve dealership sales targets by promoting Toyota vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer buying experience. The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales process &mdash; from prospecting and vehicle presentation to deal finalization and after-sales follow-up &mdash; while upholding Toyota&rsquo;s core values of Quality, Respect for People, and Customer First.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate visits, and digital platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations to customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota product range, variants, features, pricing, and financing options.</li></ul><ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Promote Toyota&rsquo;s financial services, Vehicle registration, insurance products,mandatory sale of TPP(Toyota Protection Plan) and value-added packages, PPF.</li></ul>2. Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to ensure lead conversion.</li></ul><ul><li>Build long-term relationships with corporate, fleet, and individual clients to enhance loyalty.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely customer communication regarding delivery status, documentation, and handover.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a positive brand image and represent Toyota professionalism in all interactions.</li></ul>3. Sales Process &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Complete customer data entry and booking forms accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the Accounts, Registration, and Delivery departments to ensure smooth sales execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify all customer documents (CNIC, payment proofs, tax certificates, etc.) before invoicing.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure delivery checklists, warranty cards, and handover documents are properly completed.</li></ul>4. Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, demands, and market opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for review by the Sales Manager.</li></ul>5. Customer Delivery &amp; After-Sales Coordination<ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle delivery through proper explanation of features and functions.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the Customer Relations Department for delivery feedback and follow-up.</li></ul><ul><li>Support after-sales departments in maintaining customer loyalty and repeat business through excellent service.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Monthly / quarterly sales target achievement</li></ul><ul><li>Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)</li></ul><ul><li>Lead-to-sale conversion ratio</li></ul><ul><li>Repeat purchase / referral ratio</li></ul><ul><li>Vehicle delivery time compliance</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of sales experience (preferably automotive / 3S dealership).</li></ul><ul><li>Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).</li></ul>*<ul><li>Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, confident, persuasive, disciplined, and customer-focused.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge: Familiarity with Toyota vehicle lineup, financing, and leasing options preferred.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time position at Toyota Point Motors &ndash; Hyderabad</li></ul><ul><li>6-day working week (as per dealership policy)</li></ul><ul><li>May require extended hours or weekend duty during campaigns or delivery events</li></ul>Career Path:Sales Executive &rarr; Senior Sales Executive &rarr; Assistant Sales Manager &rarr; Sales Manager &rarr; General Manager &ndash; SalesJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Hyderabad City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Tenure of your expernice in automotive industry.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Urdu,Sindhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Hyderabad City (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
