We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand's presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands platform algorithms and trends, and knows how to create content that engages and converts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, video, etc.)</li><li>Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement</li><li>Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills</li><li>Proficiency with social tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)</li><li>Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and analytics</li><li>Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Social Media Manager

<ul><li>Monitor and manage delinquent accounts stemming from sales, service, parts, or T&#8209;Sure transactions.</li><li>Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, or written notices to request payments and negotiate repayment plans.</li><li>Employ effective negotiation techniques while aligning with company policies to ensure feasible repayment schedules.</li><li>Accurately document all communication, agreements, and follow-ups in the dealership accounting system.</li><li>Persistently follow up on scheduled payments and escalate unresolved accounts to management.</li><li>Work closely with finance, service, and sales teams to address billing disputes or ambiguities.</li><li>Adhere to all applicable laws and Toyota&rsquo;s official guidelines in recovery methods.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery performance metrics to management.</li><li>Updating customer records</li><li>Entering payment status and transaction data</li><li>Assisting with general administrative support as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
