We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, banking coordination, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, P&amp;L management, balance sheet reconciliation, QuickBooks accounting, taxation, payroll, and inventory control.This position requires hands-on accounting experience while supporting senior leadership (CFO/CEO) through accurate financial insights, reporting, and operational financial support.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and analyze Profit &amp; Loss Statements (P&amp;L)</li><li>Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets</li><li>Perform ledger reconciliations and financial reporting</li><li>Maintain and manage accounting ledgers</li><li>Coordinate audits and financial compliance matters</li></ul>Accounts &amp; Payment Management<ul><li>Manage royalty and vendor payments</li><li>Handle import &amp; export payment orders</li><li>Process payroll and salary payments</li><li>Manage insurance payments and related financial matters</li><li>Coordinate and handle all banking activities</li></ul>Accounting Software &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Record transactions in QuickBooks, Excel, and EEZBOOK</li><li>Maintain organized documentation, box files, and email records</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and data management</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle taxation matters and statutory compliance</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Monitor and reconcile inventory records</li><li>Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control</li><li>Provide financial support to CFO, CFM, and CEO on executive assignments</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in Accounts &amp; Finance</li><li>Strong command of QuickBooks and Advanced Excel</li><li>Experience in bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and tax filing</li><li>Knowledge of import/export documentation and payment processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personPay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
