Responsibilities
User Research &amp; Insights:
<ul><li>Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations</li><li>
Analyze user feedback and research findings to inform design decisions</li><li>
Create personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide the design process</li><li>
Translate user insights into actionable design requirements</li></ul>
Design &amp; Prototyping:
<ul><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products</li><li>
Develop intuitive navigation systems and information architecture</li><li>
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications</li><li>
Maintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints</li></ul>
Usability Testing &amp; Validation:
<ul><li>Participate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions
</li><li>Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback
</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
</li><li>Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Documentation:
<ul><li>Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
</li><li>Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively
</li><li>Help maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries

Requirements 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
</li><li>1-3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
</li><li>Experience conducting user research and usability testing</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design leadership, and problem-solving abilities (include a viewable link with access instructions in your application)
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience designing for networking products, consumer electronics and smart home ecosystems
</li><li>Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
</li><li>Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute manual and automated testing for smart home products, including cameras, smart plugs, bulbs, and robot vacuums, etc.</li><li>
Test device connectivity with cloud platforms and mobile apps.</li><li>
Assist in log collection and analysis for debugging purposes.</li><li>
Participate in or assist with Local Test &amp; Beta Test, collect user feedback, and follow up on reproducing issues.</li><li>
Collaborate with the R&amp;D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.</li><li>
Document test cases, results, and bug reports.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing.</li><li>
Hands-on automated and manual testing for smart home products, especially cameras, including image detection and recognition OR robot vacuums.
</li><li>Experience writing automation scripts.</li><li>
Experience with test case design and execution.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams.</li></ul>
Additional Skills (Preferred):<ul><li>
Hands-on automated and manual testing for Smart Home products such as smart plugs, light bulbs, and other connected smart home products.

Overview
TP-Link is expanding how we reach new audiences by leveraging influencer content to bring our products and brand stories to life. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support influencer campaigns across our consumer product lines, including home networking and smart home products, with a primary focus on YouTube long-form content.
This is an execution-focused role centered on supporting the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing and negotiation, content launch, and overall campaign execution, while ensuring a consistent monthly output of high-quality video content. The role involves supporting key operational workflows such as contract management, vendor onboarding, trackable link setup, product seeding and shipping coordination, and influencer payment and invoicing to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Additionally, the role supports performance tracking and analysis to continuously optimize campaign outcomes and improve creator selection over time.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the execution of influencer campaigns based on team strategy and planning, ensuring a consistent monthly output of high-quality content.</li><li>
Identify and partner with relevant influencers, with a focus on YouTube long-form creators, while supporting short-form amplification across Instagram and TikTok.</li><li>
Support end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer sourcing and negotiation, vendor onboarding, contract management, trackable link setup, product seeding and shipping coordination, content review, influencer payment and invoicing, performance tracking and analysis, and post-campaign reporting.</li><li>
Track and report key performance metrics, including views, traffic, engagement, and conversions, and provide insights to support campaign optimization and creator selection.</li><li>
Stay current on platform trends, new creators, and evolving best practices to unlock new opportunities and enhance influencer impact.</li></ul> 

Requirements

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field</li><li>
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field</li><li>
Highly organized with strong operational skills including managing contracts, briefs, payments, invoicing, logistics and deadlines</li><li>
Ability to manage high-volume monthly video deliverables and work with influencer and performance data</li><li>
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with influencers, agencies and internal partners</li><li>
Adaptable fast-moving creative problem solver with grit and a continuous optimization mindset</li><li>
Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, conversion, and ROI, with the ability to use data to improve execution</li><li>
