Overview We are recruiting a team of passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our shop at Columbus Circle, NY.As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a love for tea and enjoy interacting with people, this role is perfect for you.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in the food service preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Follow the brand's standard operation procedure</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Join our team as a Tea Barista and be part of an exciting atmosphere where your skills can shine!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
