The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and redlining various legal documents and agreements critical to our operations in the United States.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review, draft, and redline a variety of agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, operating agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal issues.</li><li>Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Admission to the bar in the United States/India</li><li>1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a corporate or Real estate field.</li><li>Strong understanding of US contract law and legal principles.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;45,121.36 per monthWork Location: In person
