Towers Property Management is currently looking to add another Community Association Manager to its staff. Candidate must hold a Community Association Management license with the State of Florida (LCAM). Applicants without an LCAM will not be considered.Position is responsible for overseeing the operation of a portfolio of residential community associations. Successful candidate will have 1+ years relevant work experience and excellent organizational, multitasking, and communications skills.<ul><li>Employees work in a family oriented, team focused environment.</li><li>Managers are mobile and are not tied to a desk or time clock.</li><li>Experience with Enumerate Central Software is a plus.</li><li>Customer Service is critical for our customers.</li><li>English language is required, and Spanish a plus.</li></ul>Attractive benefits including health insurance, 401K and liberal holiday/vacation schedule,Work from Home benefit, Car Gas Allowance, Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
