We are looking for an Electrical Apprentice who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and is eager to learn and grow in the electrical trade. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on training in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing residential electrical systems. 
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist electricians with residential service calls and installation projects</li><li>
Learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic electrical issues</li><li>
Support installation of residential electrical systems, ensuring work meets code and company standards</li><li>
Assist with inspecting electrical components during and after installation</li><li>
Develop hands-on skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and general electrical work</li><li>
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe actions and conditions</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites</li><li>
Contribute to a team-focused culture built on learning, quality work, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and acceptable driving record</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Pay and Benefits<ul><li>
Pay: $45,700 - $57,000/annually depending on experience (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)</li><li>
Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday 7:00am &ndash; 4:30pm

Requirements:
<ul><li>No prior electrical experience required &ndash; willingness to learn and grow in the trade</li><li>
Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus</li><li>
Interest in residential electrical systems and desire to build a career in the field</li><li>
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, including 120/240V wiring</li><li>
Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and diagrams</li><li>
Experience with or understanding of home generator systems is a plus</li><li>
Maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a clean driving record</li><li>
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.</li><li>
Physically capable of standing, sitting, moving, squatting, and walking for the duration of shifts</li><li>
Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.</li></ul>
