COMPENSATION: $27.50 PER HOUR / 4 DAY WORK WEEK
SCHEDULE:
Full-time (32 hours per week/4 days per week)
8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST
Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday

Key Responsibilities with Success Metrics 
Prepare Estate Planning Documents
Print and assemble client estate planning documents for easy client signature, an average of 25 binders per month. Review each signature page for accuracy and mark each signature line with a sticky to identify where the client needs to sign.
Success Metric: Binders must be prepared 48 hours prior to the scheduled signature meeting in California and one week in advance for signature meetings in Texas. 
Client Follow Up
Reach out to clients via phone or email to schedule follow-up meetings, provide case updates, and confirm document receipt. Once the client has signed their documents, scan the signed copies to their folder prior to preparing and mailing the USB drive to them.
Success Metrics:<ul><li>
Acknowledge document receipt within 12 hours of document receipt
</li><li>Schedule follow ups within 12 hours of initial meeting

Client Intake
Lead one-hour &quot;Initial Design&quot; calls via Zoom with prospective clients with patience, compassion, and 5-star service.
Success Metric: 9 out of 10 new clients rate the &quot;Initial Design&quot; Zoom as &quot;meeting or exceeding expectations&quot; based on an automated Zoom survey at the end of the client session. 
Probate Hearings
Check online court system daily for probate notes. Review the notes to determine whether any review is needed by the attorney or whether to schedule a hearing.
Success Metric: Schedule hearing or time in attorney's calendar to review probates notes within 12 hours of a court update
