 Trace Systems is seeking a dynamic
 
 Audio/Visual Systems Technician
 
 to join our team in support of the
 
 AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract
 
 at
 
 Doha, Qatar
 
 . This role offers the opportunity to engineering and O&amp;M support for VTC and multimedia systems to ensure resources and services are operational and available with minimal interruption.  The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform all technical support and O&amp;M activities for VTC and multimedia systems;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for VTC and multimedia system issues;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor VTC network performance and conduct daily system/equipment checks to ensure connectivity and effective operation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule, coordinate and manage VTC resources, conference rooms, calendars and bridges; and set-up, establish and connect secure and non-secure VTC calls and bride connections;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist local facilitators with conference room with set-up VTC and operations; and provide training and technical assistance in troubleshooting equipment and connections as required;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-site technical support during DV-hosted (O-6 and above) VTCs;
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, upgrade and maintain VTC suites, desktop VTCs, and audio/visual systems and equipment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control VTC performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal system performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; and report vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representatives;
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate new requirements, conduct site surveys, research and recommend solutions; and plan, engineer, design and integrate approved solutions;
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate strategies, develop plans and prepare technical documentation for the integration of new VTC technologies into existing infrastructure;
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate existing infrastructure, research current technologies/solutions; and provide hardware/software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-of-life/end-of- support COTS products to government technical representatives;
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend network design changes/enhancements for improved system availability and performance;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with tracking and management of COTS licenses, warranties, service level agreements renewals for VTC and multimedia systems equipment and software;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on-demand and ad-hoc multimedia requirements;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain up-to-date VTC and multimedia systems and architecture engineering, installation, configuration baseline and accreditation drawings, diagrams and documentation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and publish system diagrams and drawings semi-annually or as directed by the government; and
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and submit a VTC/Multimedia Systems Monthly Status Reports;
 </li>
 <li>
 Other Duties as Required.

 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulation Requirement: Due to Qatar's immigration and labor regulations, Qatar work visas cannot be issued to individuals aged 60 or over, and are not subject to a waiver. Additionally, foreign nationals aged 60 or older are unable to renew their Qatari visa or change sponsors. Therefore, per Qatar work visa regulations, candidates must be 59 years of age or younger to be eligible for a Qatari work visa as required for this position.

 DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cisco Collaboration or equivalent certification.

 Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Cloud Platforms Administrator I to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract at Doha, Qatar
 
 
 
 The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide Tier 2/3 (diagnosis, analysis and troubleshooting and resolution for more complex/advanced network, client and end-user connectivity issues escalated by Tier 1 or 2 technical support staff)
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain virtual server systems in the DoD localized Cloud environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy Cloud Foundry (or equivalent) instances, and develop test and push applications into production;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, install, configure and maintain software and affiliated systems through the cloud implementation pipeline;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform application security patching, upgrades and enhancements;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain user accounts for virtual systems and applications in cloudenvironment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor virtual machines and application use and performance using automated tools;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system logs for errors and failures, and perform appropriate troubleshooting andmaintenance;
 </li>
 <li>
 Detect, analyze and resolve problems associated with platform, operating system andapplication software of virtual systems;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor equipment and systems for indications of warnings, faults, alarm conditions and outages; and provide component and system fault isolation, diagnostics, troubleshooting and restoration services
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot until the source of the condition, degradation or outage is identified, and implement corrective actions and repairs to restore affected equipment, systems or services to full operational capability
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &ldquo;glue-ware&rdquo; to support operational client applications and security patches;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Tier 2 technical support;
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional services;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure a secure operating environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriate troubleshooting and maintenance;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical assistance for assigned projects;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide desktop, server and software application integration support;
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; and detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problems;
 </li>
 <li>
 Document system administration procedures, instructions, configurations, changes andupgrades;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with creation, modification and maintenance of documentation required forplatform, system and software certification and accreditation (C&amp;A); and
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and maintain as-built cloud platform configuration and connectivity drawings,diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually
 </li>
 <li>
