 Account Executive
 
 who can close new business, expand our footprint, and help organisations globally to drive Duty-of-Care across their workforce.
 
 
 
 This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you&rsquo;ll own the full sales cycle - taking SQLs and MQLs from our SDRs and Marketing team, running product demos, negotiating contracts, and then ensuring a seamless handover to our Customer Success team. You&rsquo;ll also generate your own opportunities through your network, outbound activity, and industry events. Your work will directly contribute to our 2026 revenue goals and beyond.
 
 
 
 What you'll be responsible for:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Owning the full sales cycle from the point of marketing/SDR handover.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering engaging product demos that highlight AtlasNXT&rsquo;s value.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing customer needs and streamline proposals, trials, and onboarding.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiating contracts and maximise deal profitability.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Responding to tenders and vendor due diligence requests.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Finance (we use Zoho CRM).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with SDRs to align lead lists, coach, and ensure pipeline quality.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and global risk environments.

 We are looking for someone with the following experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong experience as Account Executive or a similar sales role within technology industry.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Previous experience selling into senior Management / C-Suite in enterprise businesses.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Full ownership of revenue targets.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience working within a small commercial function (scale up/start up).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 If you have any of the following experience, it would also be highly desirable:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience within Securitytech, Safetytech, Insurtech, Medtech, or Geolocation technology.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Background selling into defence, public sector, or government environments.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Demonstrated progression from an SDR/BDR role into an Account Executive role.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience in selling mass communications platforms.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Previous experience working in the high risk emergency services/mass comms or travel risk.

You're resilient, strategic, and energised by solving complex problems.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
