About the School: Trivandrum first Nature based inclusive SchoolOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kindergarten teacher to join our dynamic team at a leading company based in Uloor the key role is creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons plans, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom, assessing student progress and communicating regularly with parents.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&middot; Managing classrooms of 10-15 students&middot; Teaching as per the curriculum set&middot; Engaging students in interactive activities&middot; Communicate with parents about students' progress and behavior&middot; Encourage creativity in students throughout their learning&middot; Prepare teaching aids and classroom displays.&middot; Ensure safety and hygiene of children&middot; Organize events, celebrations and school activities&middot; Maintain student records and attendance.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Minimum degree in early childhood education or related field, Montessori/nursery teacher training (NTT) certification preferred.&middot; Good communication skills in English&middot; Patience and love for working with young children&middot; Creativity and enthusiasm&middot; Strong classroom management skills&middot; Good interpersonal and teamwork skills&middot; Basic computer skills&middot; Experience 1 to 3 years of teaching experience (freshers with passion for teaching may apply)Note:&middot; Age- Between 27 and above&middot; Females preferred&middot; No of Vacancies- 1&middot; Joining in 1 week&middot; Time-9-5 Monday to SaturdayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
