<div>Job Summary:
TA Trainers must have a passion for health &amp; wellness and for helping others achieve optimum results and total mind/body connection through a strategic movement practice! Must be highly motivated &amp; skilled in dance &amp; fitness. TA Trainers perform &amp; instruct in a variety of lanes; including but not limited to: group class instruction, private sessions, filmed performances, virtual training sessions, leading customized workouts, consulting with clients on movement support and goals, client coaching &amp; Prescription team programming, content transcription, acting as a brand ambassador, promoting TA services and products.
The TA Trainer&rsquo;s job is physically demanding and requires a commitment to maintaining peak physical conditioning as well as providing superior client service. TA trainers must display a growth mindset and deliver the content and movement sequences with integrity and accuracy to provide the highest level of results and service to our clients globally.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Physically performs multiple hours of high intensity workouts a day in a heated environment.</li><li>Leads group classes and private sessions with full performance of the content.</li><li>Manages the custom floor (heated environment) while teaching &amp; guiding multiple clients at a time through their individualized workouts</li><li>Responsible for a large amount of content preparation: includes learning all individual client programs, custom floor programs, and private training programs.</li><li>Responsible for learning all weekly class content and a library of over 50 existing cardio dances, as well as any new choreography released.</li><li>Performs all physical aspects of the job including, but not limited to, muscular mat programs, resistance band classes, high &amp; low impact dance cardio classes, and all apparatus programs &amp; classes (My Mode, box, barre, pro staff, weights, bands, growth rings, HeartStone weighted energy trainers)</li><li>Responsible for learning &amp; performing additional filmed or live broadcast workouts, being camera ready, acting as a brand representative, &amp; instructing via live stream for Tracy Anderson Online Studio.</li><li>Ability to safely &amp; effectively modify exercises on the spot and within the TA philosophy.</li><li>Travel if needed to support additional studio locations, clients in offsite locations, travel training, specialty events, pop-ups and intensives.</li></ul>
Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have experience &amp; background in dance and fitness performance &amp; instruction. . 5+ years preferred. BA preferred.</li><li>Must be physically fit &amp; capable of performing multiple hours of high intensity workouts a day in a heated room environment. Must complete the full 3-6 month TA Training Program.</li><li>Works exclusively for TA in the fitness industry.</li><li>Must be available to work early mornings &amp; weekends with part time &amp; full time positions available.</li><li>Must provide availability that meets the necessary staffing and scheduling requirements.</li><li>Must know how to balance &amp; deliver high level client service and top physical execution in an upscale environment that includes high profile and VIP clientele.</li><li>Must be positive, flexible, have a growth mindset, and be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules in a fast paced environment!</li><li>CPR/AED certification required (or ability to get certified)</li></ul></div>
