Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts (journal entries, ledgers, vouchers)</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Handle GST compliance &ndash; GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Bank reconciliation and cash flow management</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense statements</li><li>Assist in TDS calculation &amp; returns</li><li>Support audits and respond to auditor queries</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting experience (as per role level)</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills</li></ul>Preferred (Optional)<ul><li>CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, textile, or trading companies</li><li>Knowledge of compliance filings and statutory deadli</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
