We are a fast-growing fintech company seeking a Content Creator Intern to join our team remotely. This internship program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience:Round 1 (Spring &ndash; March to June): An internship during the spring months where you will be fully immersed in content creation, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. You will actively contribute to product-focused content initiatives that engage our audience and support growth.Round 2 (Summer &ndash; Extension): For interns who excel in the spring and are invited to continue. This extension allows you to take greater ownership of content strategy, lead campaigns, and potentially position yourself for future full-time opportunities.In this role, you will create engaging, educational, and product-driven content across our fintech ecosystem. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with product, growth, and community teams to produce content that highlights features, explains analytics, showcases creators, and demonstrates AI use-cases. You will work in a remote and collaborative environment, helping strengthen our brand voice and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct-Focused Content Creation: Develop engaging written and/or visual content tailored to different products within our ecosystem, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand voice.Traderverse Content: Create social trading stories, creator spotlights, feature demos, and storytelling content that highlights activity and success within the platform.TraderBoards Content: Produce analytics explainers, &ldquo;dashboards in action&rdquo; walkthroughs, and educational content such as &ldquo;how to read this&rdquo; guides to help users better understand trading insights and metrics.TraderGuilds Content: Highlight community activity through event recaps, top discussions, member spotlights, and weekly summaries that keep users informed and engaged.TraderGPT Content: Develop AI-focused content including use-case breakdowns, prompt examples, before-and-after demos, educational threads, and tutorials that demonstrate practical applications.Collaboration &amp; Ideation: Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to align content with feature launches, updates, and campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.Performance Awareness: Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to help refine content direction and improve reach and impact.Documentation &amp; Organization: Maintain organized content calendars, drafts, and performance summaries. Clearly document ideas, workflows, and publishing schedules.Requirements (Must-Have)Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Journalism, or a related field.Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities. Ability to create clear, engaging, and structured content tailored to different audiences and formats (threads, short-form posts, explainers, etc.).Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex fintech, analytics, or AI concepts into digestible content.Creativity &amp; Initiative: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate original content ideas aligned with product goals.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple content streams, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in publishing schedules.Self-Motivation: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proactive in suggesting ideas and seeking feedback to improve output.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Fintech Interest: Interest or background in trading, investing, fintech, or financial markets.Analytics &amp; Data Literacy: Basic understanding of trading metrics, dashboards, or analytics concepts to support accurate and insightful content creation.AI Familiarity: Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering, especially for educational or demonstration purposes.Design &amp; Multimedia Skills: Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or basic video editing for short-form demos and visual content.Social Media Experience: Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts, newsletters, or community-driven platforms.Team Projects: Experience collaborating in content teams, student organizations, startups, or media projects.
